Labor Parameters

When activated, the system changes the Quantity Lock functionality (parameterized through the AGR0228 - Parâmetros de Operações screen) for work logs in the Labor module. In work logs via Mobility, in addition to being able to insert the lock at the time of logging, which does not occur by default, the system allows inserting a justification if the work log in question has exceeded the Minimum or Maximum Quantity defined in the AGR0228 - Parâmetros de Operações screen for the Operation and Unit of Measure. In addition, in the Mobile Synchronization screen of the Labor module (CMO0007), the system now displays the justifications inserted in the mobility work logs, and the status of these work logs with justification becomes Integrated - Justified, thus differentiating them from other work logs. In the AGR0087 - Apontamento de Produção screen, the system also displays the Justification functionality for work logs, showing a modal for inserting the information at the time of logging and a display icon when editing them.

When the parameter is disabled, the system will have the standard behavior, in this case, the lock will depend solely on the parameterization of the Operation and Unit of Measure defined in the AGR0228 - Parâmetros de Operações screen and when the work log has the quantity exceeded, the system will not allow finishing the work log until the logged value is changed to within the defined limit. In this scenario, for work logs performed in Mobility, the validation of this lock will only occur in the Module Synchronization screen (CMO0007).

This parameter allows that, in the Production Work Log of the Labor module, performed through the AGR0087 screen and SimpleFarm Mobility, the system allows informing up to levels prior to the last one in the Locations tree, according to the Locations inserted in the WO informed at the time of logging. When active then, if the user does not inform up to the last available Location level, the system will automatically consider all locations of the levels below for the work log, performing the proration of the Hours and logged quantities according to the area of the Locations informed in the WO.

To allow Operations to use this functionality in the Production Work Log, when activating the respective parameter, a selection field will be made available in the Árvore de Processo (ADM0043) registration, at the Operation level, which must be configured according to the needs of the Labor module work logs. When the parameter is disabled or the selection field in the Process Tree registration for the respective Operation is disabled, the system remains in the current standard, being mandatory to inform up to the last level of the Locations structure at the time of logging.

This parameter allows a team to be informed in the formação de preços (AGR0227) screen. When the parameter is active, searches with the description Team are enabled in the Mão de Obra (AGR0087) and Formação de Preço (AGR0227) Work Log pages. The same behavior found on the internet will be replicated on mobile devices.

In this parameter, the maximum amount of hours that can be logged per day per employee is defined, using the work log information from the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) page and also in the work log on mobile devices. For each employee who has a work log, the system will perform the sum of all their work logs on the day and check in this parameter what the maximum value should be considered. If the sum of the work logs exceeds the value informed in the parameter, the system will block the addition of more work logs for that employee on that date (online platform) and will issue a warning when inserting the work log or the last one that exceeds the sum. When the synchronization of the mobile device is performed through the Mobile Central page, the same validation regarding the maximum amount of hours worked will also be applied, not being integrated and leaving the correction of the synchronized data to the user.

This parameter allows you to select an operation that was previously registered on the Operação (ADM0041) page. After entering this parameterized operation, the Apontamentos de produção (AGR0087) that are performed for an employee in this specific operation will be considered when the compensation routines in the Formação de Preços (AGR0227) are executed. If an operation is registered in the parameter, the system will consider this operation to calculate the time off in the Formação de Preços (AGR0227) along with the other calculations on the page.

Defines the use of routine filters in the Labor module through the Competência (AGR0084) registration or from the Execução de Rotinas (AGR0226) screen. When the parameter is activated, the Team and Employee filter is only available on the period screen, when it is inactive, the system displays the field for defining the filters Executar Rotinas (AGR0226).

If this parameter is disabled, the system, at the time of execução das rotinas (AGR0226), will fetch the fixed value entered in the SalarySupplementRoutineFixedValue parameter to use in the calculations. It is also used in the situation where the minimum daily value is higher than the employee’s production value, the system will increment, when the production routine is executed, a value to reach the minimum value entered. This parameter is only used in the salary supplement routine on the Executar Rotinas (AGR0226) screen, otherwise, regardless of the value entered, there will be no impact on the system.

Allows you to inform which parameter will be used in the salary supplement routine. When the salary supplement routine is parameterized to be executed, it is necessary to enter a value in this parameter so that it can be verified at the time of routine execution.

Allows a fixed monetary value to be entered to be used in the routines to perform the adjustment of the amount to be paid to the employee, in case their production is lower than the minimum value entered in this parameter. This parameter is only used in the salary supplement routine on the Executar Rotinas (AGR0226) screen, otherwise, regardless of the value entered, there will be no impact on the system.

Defines the standard unit of measure for Square Meters that will be used in the area validation of the WO and operation on the (AGR0087) screen. The values presented are from the unidades de medida (ADM0006) registration.

Defines the default unit of measure for Linear Meters that will be used in the validation of WO and Operation area on the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) screen. The values presented are from the unidades de medida ( ADM0006 ) register.

Defines the default unit of measure for square meters that will be used in the validation of WO and Operation area on the Apontamento de produção (AGR0087) screen. The values presented are from the unidades de medida ( ADM0006 ) register.

When the parameter is active, it starts the area validation process by Service Order and Operation on the Apontamento de produção (AGR0087) screen. The feature also depends on the registration of the default unit of measure for square meters, linear meters and hectares, performed through the parameters: UnitMeasureStandardHectare, UnitMeasureStandardMeter and UnitMeasureStandardSqMeter.

The parameter has implications on the Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço (AGR0090) screen, Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087), CMO0007 - Rural Labor Panel.

• CMO0007: Validation when the WO/Operation area is exceeded in the work log from mobility.
• AGR0090: Display of the marker in the WO operations link which will activate the area validation.
• AGR0087: On this page, the system will sum up the work logs, regardless of the three units of measure (linear meters, hectares or square meters) and will not allow the sum of work logs to exceed the field area balance made available in the WO.

When active, on the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) screen and in the SimpleFarm Mobile, Labor module, the system displays the Price Range field, allowing the user to select the necessary range, if in the Tabela de valorização (AGR0085) there is more than one possible range. In general, the use of this parameter is recommended so that at the time of the work log the selection is confirmed by the user.
