AGR0233 - CMO0007 - Rural Labor Panel

The Mobile Synchronization screen of the Labor module works as a centralizer for work logs from the SimpleFarm Mobility of the respective module. In it, all work logs performed in mobility and synchronized with SimpleFarm are automatically validated, according to the module’s standard locks and those defined by the system settings.

Based on these validations, the work logs are integrated or not into the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) screen, starting to be considered in the subsequent processes of the module.

In addition, this screen allows the verification and editing of work logs according to their respective statuses, presenting in a simplified and clear way the possible errors found, facilitating the analysis and verification by those responsible. This ensures the correct operation and the integrity of information related to rural labor registered in the field.

The validation process of work logs occurs periodically. Thus, from time to time, the work logs that are awaiting validation (according to the status) are verified. These work logs are then considered and validated, with the return being the change of their status according to each scenario.

Important

  • The screen is used only when the client has the license to use the SimpleFarm Mobile application and the Rural Labor module.

What can you do?

Validate Work Logs
  1. Access the menu Agricultural> Labor > Mobile - Synchronization Panel (AGR0233);
  2. To perform the registration, you need to fill in the fields:
    • Filters:
      • Work Log Status: the screen has the default filter by Work Log Status on the Synchronization screen. By default, all statuses are considered, being possible for the user to define only some statuses according to the need. The statuses are:
        • Pending : initial status of the work log, right after the synchronization between Mobile and SimpleFarm. This status indicates that the work log is in the queue to be validated by the system;
        • Success : status indicating that the work log went through the validation process and no errors or blocks were found in the work log. In this status, the respective work log has already been integrated into the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) screen and editing it on the synchronization screen is blocked;
        • Integrated and justified : status used only in the scenario where the parameter EnableQuantityLockJustificationAndMobileParam | Activates justification for Quantity Lock and Mobile feature is active on the Parâmetros (ADM0088) screen, indicating that the respective work log has a justification for exceeding the maximum or minimum quantity of a logged operation. In this status, the respective work log has already been integrated into the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) screen and editing it on the synchronization screen is blocked;
        • Error : status indicating that errors or some block were found according to some standard or parameterized rule in the environment. In this scenario, the user can edit the work log, adjusting the information to perform a new validation, if applicable.
        • Deleted : after the work log is integrated into the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) screen, if it is deleted, the status is automatically updated for tracking the movements between the system screens.
      • Dates:
        • Start Date and End Date : the fields are filled with the current date, bringing only the work logs of the respective day.
      • Button Search : after defining the filters in the upper part of the screen, the user must click on the button so that the system performs the search and displays the corresponding work logs.
  3. In the screen grid, the system displays the work logs according to the applied filters. This grid is dynamic, presenting different warning messages and subitems according to the scenario and user action.
Verify Status

For work logs with status Pending or Error, it is possible to verify and edit the logged fields and values.

When the status is Error, the warning messages displayed on the screen facilitate the identification of the employee or field responsible for the block in the process. In addition, the system presents a listing of work logs with errors, using a distinct color. The possible blocks presented in the work logs are:
