ADM0005 - Document Type
Document types are registered to predefine the templates that will be used by the user, such as: ID, CNPJ, CPF, etc. This screen is used in the Employee (ADM0025 - Funcionário), Customer/Supplier (ADM0007 - Cliente e Fornecedor), Rural Property (AGR0017 - Propriedade Rural) , Responsible Agronomist (AGR0265 - Agrônomo Responsável) and Company (ADM0010 - Empresa) registrations, however filling in the document field in the registrations is not mandatory.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
To register a document type access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Master Data > Document Type and then:
- Insert a Code;
- Insert a Document;
- Insert a Mask;
- Click on Save.
Important:
The Mask is a template that will be used to fill in a document on the screens where it is inserted, being an optional filling. This mask can be registered with ‘a’, ‘9’ and ’*’, as what will be used is the template. Example:
- a- Represents an alphabetic character (A-Z, a-z);
- 9- Represents a numeric character (0-9);
- *- Represents an alphanumeric character (AZ, a-z,0-9).
There are two parameters related to the document type (both for the AGR0265 - Agrônomo Responsável screen), from them it is possible to choose the mandatory document type, for the registration of the responsible agronomist. They are:
MandatoryDocument1ForTheResponsibleAgronomist | Mandatory document 1 for the responsible agronomist;
MandatoryDocument2ForTheResponsibleAgronomist | Mandatory document 2 for the responsible agronomist.
