ADM0009 - Currency Quote
The currency quote is the relative value between two different currencies, used to make conversions between them. This screen is used in the Currency registrations (ADM0008 - Moeda) and in the currency category (ADM0201 - Categoria de Moeda).
What can you do?
Initial Registration
Register Currency Quote
To register a currency quote access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Master Data > Currency Quote and then:
- Fill in the From field: which will bring the registrations made in the ADM0008 - Moeda screen, and select the currency that will be converted;
- Fill in the To field: which will bring the registrations made in the ADM0008 - Moeda screen, and select the currency that will be converted;
- Fill in the Exchange Type field: which will bring the registrations made in the ADM0201 - Categoria de Moeda screen, and select the currency that will be converted;
- Enter the Exchange Rate Date: which is the date when the exchange rate was performed;
- Enter the Exchange Rate: which is the value of the currency entered in the From field;
- Enter the Factor: which must be filled with the conversion factor to be used in converting a “source currency” to a “destination currency” (along with the exchange rate);
- Click on Save.
