AGR0193 – Analytical Plot Registration Query

To consult analytical information about plots, go to - SimpleFarm > Agricultural Menu > Location Structure > Analytical Plot Registration Query and then:

1. When accessing the screen, no information will be displayed initially. To view the data:
2. Click on the upper right corner Select Project;
3. Select the production unit and Project;
4. Click on Select;
5. Use the available filters to refine the view;
6. If necessary, customize the view with Manage Columns or Groupings;
7. To export the data, click on Export.

This screen interacts with the screens:

• AGR0023- Local - Main source screen for plot registration information, such as type, gleba, block, net area, soil, and rural property.

• AGR0022- Grupo de Atributo - Used to configure additional attributes linked to the plot, such as farm name, harvest destination, treatment intention, and planting type.

• AGR0039- Variedade - Originates data such as predominant variety and maturation cycle that feed the management and crop columns.

• AGR0038- Ciclo de Maturação - Provides the name of the maturation cycle (e.g.: Late), used to compose the hypothetical management field.

• PAG0199- Contrato - Responsible for contractual data associated with the plot, such as contract number, validity, extension, status, and land owner name.

• PAG0215- Classificação de Contrato - Defines contract binding rules by type (lease, partnership, etc.), used to identify the correct owner.

• ADM0012 - Unidade Produtora - Provides the name of the production unit and the custom field

, used as a column in AGR0192.

• AGR0058 – Lançamento de Estimativa - Basis for calculating areas, TCH and TON by estimate (1st, 2nd, 3rd), in addition to information about seedlings, sales and balances.

• AGR0090 – Painel Gráfico da Ordem de Serviço - Provides actual harvest data, such as harvested area, closing date, harvest date and field status.

• BAL0105– Pesagem - Source of actual production data (delivered cane, ATR, actual TCH, TAH), used in the field’s production indicators.

• ADM0027 – Família de Item - Defines the standard ripener group, used to identify actual applications in the fields.

Check the fields present on the screen

Basic data

• Production unit – Name of the agricultural unit associated with the field;
• Type – Type of registered location (for example, field);
• Block – Identifier of the block to which the field belongs;
• Field code – Unique identification code of the field in the system;
• Net area (ha) – Useful area available for cultivation, excluding unproductive areas;
• Active – Indicates whether the field is active for use.

Master

• Project (harvest) – Harvest linked to the field;
• Cluster – Grouping of fields configured in the production unit;
• Gleba – Geographic area of the property in which the field is located;
• Rural property – Name of the rural property associated with the field;
• Crop stage – Current phase of the crop in the field;
• Hypothetical management – Estimated maturation classification based on variety;
• Predominant soil – Predominant soil type informed in the location registration;
• Production environment – Cultivation environment calculated according to agronomic rules.

Contracts

• Contract number – Identification of the contract linked to the plot;
• Validity – Contractual validity period;
• Extension – Indicates whether the contract was extended;
• Contractual status – Contract situation (active, closed, etc.).

Estimates

• TCH and TON milling (1st, 2nd and 3rd) – Productivity and tonnage estimates per harvest;
• TON seedling – Estimated quantity intended for seedling production;
• Estimated area – seedling and sale – Area planned for use as seedling or sale;
• Actual area – seedling and sale – Area effectively used for these purposes.

Production

• Sugarcane delivered – Amount of sugarcane already delivered in the harvest;
• Actual TCH – Effective productivity (ton./ha);
• Actual ATR – Total recoverable sugar measured;
• Actual TAH – Ton of sugar per hectare;
• Consolidated tonnage – Total valid tons after verification;
• Balance to harvest – Difference between planned and already harvested.

Harvest and status

• Actual milling area – Total area harvested in the plot;
• Closing date – Harvest closing date;
• Plot status – Current situation (harvested, active etc.).

Damages

• Permanent damage area – Area irreversibly compromised;
• Temporary damage area – Area with non-permanent damage;
• Damage justification – Reason for the damage, informed in the system.

Distances

• Distance – Distance between the plot and the reference industrial poles, used in logistics calculations.

• Apply and save custom filters to facilitate queries;
• Select the columns that should be displayed in the grid;
• Display or hide column groups organized by category;
• Export visible data to an Excel spreadsheet;
