AGR0190 - Location Query and Maintenance
The management screen allows you to perform queries and execute certain location movement processes, according to the available features. Its objective is to facilitate visualization for the user, presenting relevant information that supports decision-making in the company’s chain and production process.
This screen integrates basic, master and complementary data from Locais (AGR0023) with Production and Productivity movements, enabling a consolidated analysis of the current and projected scenario of movements linked to agricultural locations in the system.
What can you do?
- Access the menu Agricultural > Location Structure > Location Query and Maintenance (AGR0190);
- The screen has several features, in addition to viewing and checking information, these being:
- Mass activation and inactivation of locations;
- Mass information of Atributos (AGR0022);
- Change between levels of Locais (AGR0023);
- Generate Service Orders for specific Locations;
- When entering the screen, it is necessary to inform:
- Production Unit Filter ;
- Desired project ;
- Click on Select : once this is done, the system should list the appropriate information on the screen for query and maintenance.
- In the Attributes grouping, all columns displayed on the screen are defined based on the configuration made on the AGR0022 screen. From this, the system should allow that, when clicking on a cell of a column that represents an Attribute Group, a dropdown list with the Attributes registered for that Group is displayed. It is possible to select the desired attribute directly in this list and remove the selected information using the Delete button, as long as the cell is selected.In addition, the system should allow maintenance of attributes directly on the screen grid, through the displayed columns and cells, which speeds up the process of checking and updating information.
The screen has the possibility of adding specific filters through the icon at the top of the screen, the user can create some filters through the “Advanced filter” tab.
In the Location facilitator tab, the user can activate or inactivate plots according to the chosen definition, in this case between performing on all Locations (present in the applied filters) and performing only on items selected in the grid.
In the attribute facilitator tab, it is possible to apply attributes to Locations, according to the chosen definition, whether all locations or only selected ones.
In the Change Plot Location feature, it is possible to change a plot to another location. The feature aims to meet the scenario where the plot registration is wrong, that is, a plot from farm A was created on farm B, making it possible to make this change, as long as this location does not have previous movements in the system, without the need to delete the location.
It is possible to generate service orders from the definition of the SO model to be used, and then select the location where the opening should be performed.
The screen has some distinct views for the grid and the possibility to export the displayed information to an Excel spreadsheet.
