ADM0066- Cost Center
This screen aims to register the Cost Center in multiple system screens, such as: AGR0090 - Painel Grafico da Ordem de Serviço, CST0257 - Combinações, CST0260 - Tabela de Regra and AUT0230 - Equipamentos. In SimpleFarm and related GAtec systems (VB6 modules), the Cost Center is a central concept for financial and accounting management, with a fundamental role in the calculation and allocation of costs. It functions as a link between agricultural operations and the company’s financial management, allowing a detailed view of costs associated with activities, resources and processes, in addition to ensuring consistency in the exchange of information with ERP systems.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
The registration on this screen occurs through the integration of the Cost Center plan from the ERP. If the client does not have an ERP, the registration will occur manually. To add a cost center access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Administrative Structures > Cost Center and then:
- Click on Add Cost Center;
- Enter the Center Code;
- Enter the Short Code;
- Enter the Parent Code (when it is child level);
- Enter a brief Description;
- Click on Save.
