AGR0229 - Electronic Time Clock

This screen is responsible for receiving data from the ERP (integration) related to the time clock of funcionários. In this process, each time the Employee registers the Check-in and Check-out time, an integration routine is triggered and the data is saved on the Electronic Time Clock (AGR0229) page.

Register Electronic Time Clock
  1. Access the menu Agricultural > Labor > Electronic Time Clock (AGR0229);
  2. Click on Add ;
  3. To register, you need to fill in the fields:
    • Production Unit : mandatory field. The Unidade Produtora that the employee is linked to;
    • Employee : mandatory field. Employee whose Check-in and Check-out record was found in the ERP electronic time clock, and directed to the Ponto Eletrônico (AGR0229) page via integration;

    • Check-out Record : mandatory field. Final time of electronic time clock;
    • Reference Date : mandatory field. Date on which the work log was performed;

  4. Click on the Save button to save the registration.
