AGR0227 - Pricing
In the Pricing screen (AGR0227), the registration is made that defines the parameters used in the work logs to calculate the correct valuation.
The parameterization to form a price is done in screen AGR0227, where information previously registered in the system is specified and linked to a Tabela de valorização (AGR0085), where a valuation range is actually inserted for this offered service.
This screen serves some modules, such as Labor, Payments and Third-Party Services.
Important
- Habilitar equipe na formação de preços: When this parameter is active, the Team field will be enabled in the Pricing registration for the Labor module, making the field mandatory to fill in.
- The AGR0227 - Pricing screen is used in the Apontamento de Produção (AGR0087) screen, from the Labor module.
- It can be used in the Contrato (PAG0199) screen, in the Payments module.
What can you do?
Register Pricing - Labor
- Access the menu Agricultural > Labor > Pricing (AGR0227);
- Click on Add ;
- To perform the registration of the Labor module, it is necessary to fill in the fields:
- Description: filling in the description field is mandatory, and it must be unique;
- Order : it is mandatory to fill in with a number to order the registrations within this module;
- Production Unit : filling in this field is mandatory, being able to parameterize the pricing by unidade produtora or general;
- Operation : filling in this field is mandatory, being able to parameterize by operação or not;
- Unit of Measure : the field is enabled and must be informed after selecting the Operation, retrieving the Units informed in the registration of the respective Operação (ADM0041) selected.
- Valuation Table : filling in the Tabela de valorização (AGR0085) field is mandatory;
- Click on Save .
Register Pricing - Payments (Discount, Debt and Variable Compensation)
- Click on Add ;
- To perform the registration of the Payments modules, it is necessary to fill in the fields:
- Description: filling in the description field is mandatory, and it must be unique;
- Order : it is mandatory to fill in with a number to order the registrations within this module;
- Production Unit : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize the pricing by unidade produtora or general;
- Item : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by item or general;
- Unit of Measure : if the operation field is filled in, the unidade de medida field is enabled and can be filled in as an optional field and with the units of measure linked to the selected operation;
- Equipment : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by equipment or general;
- Location : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by local or general;
- Customer/Supplier : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by cliente/fornecedor or general;
- Distance : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by distância or general;
- Team : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by equipe or general;
- Crop : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by cultura or general;
- Rural Property : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by propriedade rural or general;
- Job Position : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by cargo or general;
- Operation : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by operação or not;
- Application system : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by sistema de aplicação or general;
- Attribute group : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by grupo de atributos or general;
- Attribute : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by atributo or general;
- Stock Location :filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by local de estoque or general;
- Valuation table : filling in the tabela de valorização field is mandatory;
- Click on Save .
Register Pricing - Third-Party Services
- Click on Add ;
- To perform the registration of the Third-Party Services module, it is necessary to fill in the fields:
- Description: filling in the description field is mandatory, and it must be unique;
- Order : it is mandatory to fill in with a number to order the registrations within this module;
- Production Unit : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize the pricing by unidade produtora or general;
- Production Unit : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize the pricing by unidade produtora or general;
- Item : filling in this field is optional, being able to parameterize by item or general;
- Unit of Measure : if the operation field is filled in, the unidade de medida field is enabled and can be filled in as an optional field and with the units of measure linked to the selected operation;
