ADM0042- Observation by Operation
This screen aims to register information about operations structured in the Process Tree. Registering information on this screen depends on the Operation structuring performed on the ADM0043 - Árvore de Processo page.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
Register Observation by Operation
To register an Observation by Operation access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Operations > Observation by Operations > Add Observations by Operation > Basic Information and then:
- Insert a Code;
- Insert a Description;
- Check the Active field to enable the registration in general (when associating operations, this registration will need to be Active to be considered in reports);
- Insert a Note;
- Click on Save.
Edit Observation by Operation
To edit an Observation by Operation access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Operations > Observation by Operations > Add Observations by Operation > Associated Operations > Group and then:
- Select the Operation;
- Edit the Operation;
- Click on Save.
