AGR0650 - Work Order Approval Authority Configuration
The registrations performed on the Work Order Approval Authority Configuration (AGR0650) screen are intended to control which types of Work Orders will be controlled in the Approval Authority flow.
In this sense, it must be configured whether the control will be established over the product grace period of the W.O. (harvest W.O.s only), or whether the control will be performed specifically on the permission to open the respective W.O. (any configured W.O. type).
Finally, you must also select which users will have permission to approve/reject Work Orders that entered the Approval Authority flow.
Important
Initial steps:

On the Usuário (ADM0052) screen, verify access for users who will be configured as responsible on the AGR0650 – Work Order approval authority configurations screen.

Verify approval authority parameterization on page ADM0088 – Parameters.
For approval of Work Orders with Areas in Grace Period (item application):

On the Árvore de processos (ADM0043) screen - do not check Operation does not verify areas in Harvest Grace Period, present at the operation level.

On the Item (ADM0034) screen – Verify product grace period, check the days the product requires for grace period.

On the Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço (AGR0090) screen, open a WO, select an item with application grace period, and log work on this WO.

Subsequently, open a Harvest WO for the same location that received application and is within the item’s grace period.

When finalizing the Work Order (save) a mandatory justification will be necessary to formalize the request to open the respective WO.

After the justification is informed, the WO will remain with the Awaiting Approval status, initiating the Approval Authority process.

In this scenario, an acceptance will be mandatory (approval) for the Work Order to be, in fact, opened.
For general approval of Work Order opening:
- If the respective Work Order Type is parameterized and configured for the approval authority process, it will be mandatory to click on the Send W.O. For Approval button for the WO to be approved by a responsible user and, finally, properly opened.
To perform the approval, access the Fila de OS para aprovação (AGR0660) screen.
What can you do?
- Access the menu Agricultural > Work Order > Work Order Approval Authority Configuration (AGR0650);
- Click on Add ;
- To perform the registration it is necessary to fill in the fields:
- Marker Inform Validity ;
- Start Date;
- End Date ;
- Production Unit ;
- Standard Type ;
- Marker Validate Harvest Grace Period;
- Marker Validate Work Order Opening ;
In this tab it will be possible to add the users and user groups that will have permission to approve or reject the Work Orders that enter the Approval Authority flow.
- HarvestWorkOrderApproval | Enable Approval Authority for Work Orders : parameter that enables the approval authority flow for Grace Period and for General WO Opening.
- WOApprovalOnlyWithFilledResourcesTab | Enable Approval Authority Only for WO’s with Resources Tab filled : parameter that filters which WO needs approval.Only WO’s with products in the resources tab. Parameter directed only for General WO Opening (Not Applied in grace period flow).
- WorkOrderCellDaysREI | Grace period control of areas in W.O. openings: parameter that performs grace period control (without need for WO approval).Only alerts about existence of area with grace period.For the lock and start of authority flow to occur, enable the HarvestWorkOrderApproval parameter.
