ADM0091 - Dynamic Fields
This screen allows you to create dynamic fields (FlexFields) that can be added and displayed on SimpleFarm system screens. These fields enable the inclusion of complementary information in registrations and transactions, filled in manually by the user or automatically by internal routines, such as Interventions or Integrations. This additional data can be used to enrich registrations or validate processes, especially in scenarios with integration to ERP systems. The definition of fields usually occurs during the implementation phase, based on analyses carried out by the consulting team together with the client.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
To create a Dynamic Field, go to - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Settings > Dynamic Fields and then:
- Click on + Add;
- Enter an Entity, which corresponds to the screen or Database Table of SimpleFarm where the field will be;
- Enter a field Title;
- Enter a field Description;
- Enter a Column Name;
- Enter the Order in which the field will be;
- Enter a Type of Field;
- Enter a Standard (Required, Calculated or Read Only);
- Click on Save.
AllowUseFlexFieldInGrids: Allow the use of Dynamic Fields in grids.
