ADM0001 - General
This screen aims to inform the levels and nomenclatures of the Estrutura de Local, allowing them to be allocated in the structures: Administrative, Agricultural, Industrial, Livestock and others. The screens that use the Org. Unit Structure depend on the prior configuration on this screen, and on the registrations in AGR0023 - Local.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
Insert Org. Unit Structure
To register an Org. Unit Structure access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Settings > General and then:
- Click on the desired location type and select the ”+” icon;
- Enter the nomenclatures of the first two levels in the “Add Level” tab;
- Add the next levels individually until completing the desired Org. Unit Structure;
- Click on Save.
Settings Assigned by Screen
Settings to be assigned by screen:
- Audit: when editing the screen through this setting, and saving it, the edit will be available in the “History” of the configured screen;
- Audit with Justification: when editing the screen through this setting, and saving it, the edit justification will be mandatory, and will be in the “History” of the configured screen;
- Disabled the previous options will not occur.
General Settings
In the General Settings tab, data is entered for the default email configuration, which will be used in the system.
Important
To send passwords to new users, an origin email is required for reception.
