AGR0047 - Purpose

1. Access the menu Agricultural > Work Order > Purpose (AGR0047);
2. Click on Add ;
3. To perform the registration it is necessary to fill in the fields:
   • Description: description of the purpose. (Required);
   • Abbreviation : abbreviation of the purpose. (Required);
   • Type : select from the system’s pre-defined types: Grinding, Seed and Others;
   • Characteristic : retrieves the values Raw and Burned, and will be available on the screen only when the Type field is filled with value Grinding. (Required);
     • When performing a new registration, filling in the Characteristic field will be mandatory when the parameter MandatoryCharacteristicGridingType | Mandatory Characteristic of the Grinding Type (ADM0088 - Parâmetros) is enabled. >>> Evaluate if the explanation of the field’s mandatory nature should stay here or in the Check Parameters section (enabled parameter = mandatory field; disabled parameter = optional field).
   • Active checkbox : when checked, this purpose is considered active, and will appear on the dependent screens.
4. Click on Save to register the registration.

The purpose registration is used in these three parameters:

• PayPurposeForCaneMilling : corresponding to Sugar Cane destined for Grinding. This information is used in the Closing module routines for distinguishing the invoices of cane harvested with Grinding purpose in relation to cane harvested with Seed purpose. Therefore, having a value informed in this parameter and in the PayPurposeForCaneSeed parameter, in the generation of the standard routine Monthly Invoice (PAG0226), the system understands that only cane entries with Grinding purpose will be considered.
• PayPurposeForCaneSeed : corresponding to Sugar Cane destined for Seed production. This information is used in the Closing module routines for distinguishing the invoices of cane harvested with Seed purpose in relation to cane harvested with Grinding purpose. Therefore, having a value informed in this parameter and in the PayPurposeForCaneMilling parameter, in the generation of the standard routine Monthly Invoice – Seed Cane (PAG0226), the system understands that only cane entries with Seed purpose will be considered.
• PaySaleOfRawMaterialFinality : corresponding to the sale of raw material.
