AGR0013 - Project
The Project (AGR0013) registration is of a temporary nature and aims to exemplify the “When”, that is, in which moment a certain activity will be carried out.
Organizational period established within a company’s productive cycle, it does not have a standard duration, and may cover one or more Safras according to operational needs.

Important
In general, the Project (AGR0013) registration is consumed by all pages where records are made within the system.
What can you do?
- Access the menu Agricultural > Time Structure > Project (AGR0013);
- Click on Add ;
- To register the project, you need to fill in the fields:
- Code: mandatory field. Represents the code of the registered project;
- Description: mandatory field. Represents the description of the registered project;
- Abbreviation: mandatory field. Represents the abbreviation of the registered project;
- Start Date: mandatory field. Represents the start of the project within the system;
- End Date: mandatory field. Represents the end of the project within the system;
- Producing Units: represents for which Unidades Produtoras (ADM0012) the project will be in effect;
- Make the selection between “Current” or “Deferred” . This information is used by the planning module, and is currently applied to only one international client.
- Click the Save button to register the registration.

When checking this parameter, during project registration, the following fields will be enabled:
- MAPFY Version;
- MAPFY Theme Style;
- MAPFY Version - Others;
- MAPFY theme style - Others in the basic information tab;
- The Auxiliary Maps tab will be enabled;

Click the Save button to register the registration.
Important
Starting from version v1.21.0 this tab will no longer be enabled, all settings will be made on the AGR0670 screen.
