AGR0165 - Dynamic Work Log

The dynamic work log screen reflects exactly the settings defined in the monitoring form registration. The format displayed on this screen varies according to the type of form registered.

Each type determines how the fields will be presented and which elements will be available for filling during the work log. Dynamic work logs will be performed from the registration and parameterization of fichas de monitoramento. The work log can be done in two ways: through SimpleFarm or through Scouting mobility.

Important

With the Service order parameter active, on the Ficha de Monitoramento (AGR0109) screen, the dynamic work log does not find the form.

What can you do?

Register dynamic work log

The fields and columns presented in the grid are equivalent to the structure used in the ficha de monitoramento registration and represent the attributes necessary for each registered point. This information remains fixed throughout the entire work log process and the work logs vary according to the type of form:

  • Single dynamic: means that the system does not allow registering more than one point within the same entry, that is, each form has a single set of information to be filled in.
  • Dynamic with points: in this type of form, the screen model changes completely and starts displaying a + button for including multiple points. Each registered point is added to a grid, allowing to register several entries within the same form. It is possible to add or view the observations and images that field users insert in the work log, enabling new analyses and more precise decision-making based on the information that was evidenced in the work log at the operation site.
  • Sugarcane Analysis Report : is an essential process in the management of sugarcane mills, which is performed through a monitoring form in parallel with the scale and industry processes.

On the screen, settings for the situation and control of the work log are managed:

Situation

In the situation registration, we define which situations are available for a given monitoring form. Each situation has some important rules:

  1. Inactivates Entry
    • If the entry is canceled, it is automatically marked as inactive.
    • In other words: canceled → the system inactivates the entry by itself.
  2. Mandatory Reason
    • Whenever an entry is canceled, it is mandatory to inform the reason.
    • If the cancellation is done through SimpleFarm, the reason is already filled in.
    • If it comes through integration, the reason also arrives already filled in.
  3. Initial Situation of the Form
    • When a form is created, it starts with an initial situation.
    • Example:
      • A process created by the scale starts with the pending status. Then, it can change to completed or canceled, according to the progress.
Users and/or Groups with permission for release

The tab controls who can edit the monitoring form work logs. Its objective is to block editing for users who do not have authorization. Some users or groups receive special permission to release or deny other users’ access to the form editing.

This control is used mainly in pre and post-harvest report processes, due to the need to ensure the integrity of information, being equally applicable to other modalities of dynamic work logs.
